This was evo’s first print insert for Freeskier, Transworld Snowboard, and Powder magazine’s Nov/Dec 2013 issue. 

Problem: Our previous yearly print catalog was not performing for the time and money invested. evo leadership wanted to try something new to engage customers and further promote evo.
Our Goal: The goal was to share a glimpse into the evo culture, the brands we carry, and our passion for the sports, all while gaining new customers.
How we went about it: The decision was made by project owners to do an 8-page insert in top snow magazines. As a design team we came up with how that would look, imagining how a customer could interact with it. 
What we did:  Being new to the company, I was asked to take the lead on the project, come up with something new, and see it to completion. I worked as the creative director and designer for the whole project – guiding the photoshoot and spearheading the vision, then executing the design (layout, photo selection, production).

The design was then translated into deliverables for our website as well as bus ads around the city of Seattle.
